The BMS Viking Band program is thrilled to offer the Music in the Park Disney Trip.

Recording Session
Master Class for Colorguard with Disney Entertainment
Music Class at Cal State*
Movement Class for Colorguard at Cal State*

Sample Itinerary

Day 1 Travel Day
Day 2 & 3 Park days (one day students will perform in the park)
Day 4 Excursion Day (Grammy Museum or Cal State Classes & Dinner/Activity)
Day 5 Park Day (recording session for Band & dance class for Colorguard
Day 6 Travel Day

Trip Expenses

Estimated Cost:

$1250 per student

$1100 per chaperone

Cost Includes:
Transportation
All Food ($50 per day food gift card for in Park days)
Hotel Lodging
Excursion Day/Evening Expenses
3 Day Park hopper

Chaperone Information

15 Chaperones made up of the Band Booster board and parents selected by the Band Booster board
Must be cleared to volunteer with BMS
Must be involved in the Band/Colorguard program over the 2022/2023 season
Chaperones will be selected in early Spring 2023
